Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the extoto platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and extoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the extoto platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the extoto platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Access to and use of the extoto platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each requirement listed below.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on the extoto platform. This minimum age requirement applies without exception. extoto strictly prohibits the registration, use, or participation of individuals under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
The extoto platform is designed and intended for players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited at the time you access the platform and place wagers. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the extoto platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. extoto does not accept liability for any Player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment when registering your account or placing bets. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by extoto or by any other gambling operator, at the time of registration.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the extoto platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be immediately closed and any associated funds (including bonus balances) may be forfeited.
To access the full range of extoto's services, you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. extoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify extoto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
extoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where extoto reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity; money laundering or other financial crime; provision of false registration information; or any other conduct that extoto deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.
Note on Account Closure Requests: Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting extoto support. Any funds remaining in a verified account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after applicable verification checks.
extoto supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Indonesian banking institutions and e-wallet services, including but not limited to: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at extoto's discretion.
All transactions on the extoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). extoto does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not expressly listed as supported. Any funds received in an unsupported currency will be returned to the sender, less any applicable conversion or processing costs.
extoto may, from time to time, offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page and which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonuses on the extoto platform carry a default Wagering Requirement of 30 times the Bonus amount. This means that if you receive a Bonus of Rp 100.000, you must wager a total of Rp 3.000.000 on eligible games before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — check individual promotion pages for game contribution percentages.
The use of any strategy, technique, software, or collusion intended to exploit Bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play constitutes Bonus abuse. extoto monitors for patterns indicative of Bonus abuse, including low-margin betting strategies, systematic extraction of expected value from promotions, and multi-account Bonus claiming. Where Bonus abuse is identified, extoto reserves the right to void Bonus balances, reclaim any winnings derived from abused Bonuses, and permanently close the associated account.
All bets placed on the extoto platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific, game-specific, and market-specific rules are available within the relevant sections of the platform and supplement these general rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the extoto platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
extoto is committed to maintaining a secure platform and complying with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal, and may be asked to re-verify at any point during their account lifetime.

Standard KYC verification is typically completed within 15–60 minutes during business hours (WIB). Complex or incomplete submissions may take up to 24 hours. extoto will notify the Player by email once verification is complete. Withdrawals are held pending until verification is approved.
Where a Player is unable to provide satisfactory verification documents, or where documents provided are found to be fraudulent, extoto reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant financial crime authorities. Any funds deposited in an unverified account from which withdrawal has been attempted may be returned to the deposit source, less any applicable processing costs.

Age Restriction: extoto strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. We report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.
All content on the extoto platform — including but not limited to the extoto brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of extoto or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the extoto platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to deliver the platform's services; use extoto's trademarks or brand materials without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any extoto content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, extoto shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the extoto platform, including but not limited to:
In jurisdictions where the complete exclusion of liability is not permitted, extoto's total liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which extoto holds its primary international gaming license. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to change and agree that it is their personal responsibility to remain informed of and compliant with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly through extoto's customer support and complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by extoto at the time the dispute is referred to arbitration.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory consumer rights under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation to the extent those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
extoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the extoto platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the extoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any verified withdrawable balance.
The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document identify the current version of these Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
